Reports to: Chief People + Culture Officer (CPCO)

Job Summary: Emerging hospitality group focused on entertainment venues with F&B offerings, is seeking a People Operations Director who will support the CPCO in implementing People & Culture strategies and programs. This role includes developing talent review practices, performance management systems, and SOPs. The manager will serve as a business partner for central functions, handle People + Culture administrative tasks, and engage in recruitment and onboarding processes. The company has US-based venues and is positioned to be a multi-state operator so experience in overseeing a multi-state portfolio is critical for success in this role. Exposure to California, Alabama, Texas, NYC, Nashville, etc is preferred. Candidate with start-up experience or who thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities.
- Support central functions with People + Culture tasks, including benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Manage logistics and scheduling for company-wide programs.
- Oversee the people function for new developments and maintain HRIS and payroll systems.
Professional Qualifications:
- 2+ years managerial experience, preferably with 3+ years in human resources and experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in HR systems like BambooHR, ADP, and experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative personality with a passion for music and community.
